Trust Client Services Associcate

Job Description: We have an opportunity for a Trust Client Services Associate.

The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Managing Driector of Client Services and Business Development and the Chief Fiduciary Officer.

Responsibilities include:
* Prepare new account documentation.
* Prepare, track, and update new business reports.
* Coordinate document preparation with attorneys & law firms.
* Screen mail and distribute.
* Prepare & review correspondence.
* Prepare & track expense reports & invoices.

Job Experience:
REQUIREMENTS:
* Three to five years of executive administrative experience.
* At least one year of Trust administration experience with an understanding of the financial services industry.
* Excellent written & oral communication skills.
* Analytical, finance, legal, technical, interpersonal skills.
* PC Skills such as Word, Excel, & Access required. Knowledge of Quark is a plus
* SEI Trust knowledge is a plus, but not required.
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
