Trustee Sales Officer

Job Description: Process foreclosure files from beginning to completion. Reviews original documents to initiate foreclosure proceedings.



Prepares Notice of Default and/or Substitution of Trustee and all other necessary documents.



Records and orders Notice of Default and/or Substitution of Trustee and reviews Trustee Sale Guarantee.



Calculates figures for reinstatement, payoff and opening bids.



Sets sale and publication dates and prepares Notice of Trustee Sale and forwards for publication and recording.



Receipts monies from outside bidders and prepares disbursement requests for checks for fees incurred, and other required and approved disbursements.



Maintains daily follow-up system on all active foreclosure files.



Prepares and records Notices of Rescission or orders Reconveyances when loan is paid current or paid in full.



Experience clearing title Issue and submitting title claims.



Experience filing and following-up on Surplus Claims.



Experienced performing Senior Lien Monitoring.



Experience assisting BK attorneys with information required to file motions for relief and resolve other BK issues effecting foreclosures.

Job Experience:
High school graduate or the equivalent required. Three to four years experience in trustee sales or foreclosures required. Must have good interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills, familiarity with New Trak, New Invoice, FPS, Mort Serv, CII, Microsoft Office a plus!
