Description:
Contract Recruiter with experience in staffing for major national client.
Sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to client and driving the recruiting process to successful closure.
Interview candidates, assess applicant's abilities, make job offers, manage necessary paperwork, and run backgrounds.
Implement recruiting strategies, utilize job boards.
Work both independently and as part of a team to uncover new talent.
Assist clients by identifying their needs and presenting solutions to their unique challenges based upon the various services Workway provides.
Fast paced environment.

 

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have recruiting experience and a proven track record of verifiable accomplishments, such as a demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with target candidates, ability to multi-task, sensitivity to confidential information, possession of excellent time management/organizational skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, a team player. Candidates are required to have at least 1-2 years recruiting experience.
Agency experience required, On-Site experience preferred.
Upbeat personality, a can-do attitude will seal the deal.
Negotiation skills and exceptional customer service skills are required.
Additional qualifications include competence in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
