Values Integration Manager

As the Values Integration Manager, you will partner with senior company leaders and functional area leaders to integrate IMFT values into existing and new business processes to create a sustainable company culture. You will work across all organizations, levels and locations to influence consistent strategic direction as well as guide tactical efforts with leaders to integrate the values into their work processes and daily behaviors. You will identify opportunities for on-going benchmarking to continuously improve IMFT business processes and collaborate with leaders to implement improvements. Targeted work processes include, but are not limited to: performance management programs, rewards and recognition programs, goal planning processes, recruiting and selection processes, training programs, leadership and team development activities, and new site start up activities. 

 

In this role you will assess business processes to identify opportunities for values integration and develop and manage the implementation plan. You will develop and supervise a Values Team and interface with Corporate and Site Leadership teams to coach leaders, set direction and implement changes. You will lead the process to integrate values and business process improvements into new sites in a way that facilitates consistent company culture, behaviors and processes. You will design the process and metrics to assess values implementation throughout the company.




Successful candidates are self-starters who think strategically and have strategic planning as well as tactical execution experience. Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into actionable results is required. Ability to work comfortably with senior management, to influence at all levels of the organization, to drive change, and to get results through others is required. Successful candidates will have practical experience in a manufacturing environment; high tech experience is a plus. Experience applying OD principles and research methods to creating a sustainable culture is required. International experience with the ability to adapt processes to meet diverse cultures is a plus.

 

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated skills in the following areas: Leadership/management skills that enable them to build and lead a highly innovative team. Expertise in use of organization effectiveness tools and methodologies, including problem solving, change management, team building, and measurement and diagnostics; Expert facilitation, coaching, management, and leadership skills; Strong interpersonal and human relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to develop trust in relationships to get buy-in and alignment; Proficient in use of project management methodology; Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Successful candidates will have the flexibility to travel and accept temporary assignments to meet business needs.

 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or technical degree with MBA + 7-10 years of management experience.
