Warranty/ Custormer Service Representative

Gehan Homes is looking for an energetic Warranty Service Representative to take care of our Customers' Warranty needs.


Duties:
* Prepares warranties to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.

* Evaluates warranty application by comparing claim to warranty.

* Fulfills warranty by coordinating repair or replacement order with builder and vendor.

* Helps customers by clarifying warranty obligations; answering questions; responding to requests.

* Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents; updating databases.

*  Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
