Web Content Auditor

 

Duties:

The Web Content Auditor facilitates the localization and posting of  web content on Rewards Network consumer facing websites by organizing member feedback in an easy to view and read format. The Auditor will also update existing websites by posting content via the use of Photoshop and other internet tools.

 

The Web Content Auditor will review member feedback and organize content and prepare and post content. The Auditor will be in direct communication with members and merchants in an effort to address concerns and continuously strive to find opportunities for improvement of customer satisfaction and quality processes.

 

We are looking for a well rounded individual who is dynamic at solving issues and improving process and has is an effective communicator both written and verbal.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum 1-years? experience in an online publishing environment. Must have excellent business correspondence skills and  must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications; knowledge of Photoshop, Acrobat; Illustrator a plus and strong customer service and results orientation skills.
