Baird & Warner is currently seeking to fill a part time Weekend Receptionist position in our Buffalo Grove Sales Office located at 314 McHenry, Buffalo Grove, IL.
Responsibilities include:Answering phones Making appointments Greeting visitors Computer data entryChanges and tours into the MLS SystemsOther duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
Qualifications for the position:Previous telephone or switchboard experienceGood computer skills (Microsoft Office 2000, internet)Good typing skillsPleasant phone manner, excellent communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma required, college degree preferred.
? Minimum 1 year receptionist experience required.
