MarineMax, the world's largest marine retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Receptionist/Sales Administrative Assistant?to help us?'Deliver the Boating Dream' in our?Pompano Beach, Florida?location.? The hours for this weekend position are: Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sunday, noon - 5:00 pm. The Receptionist / Sales Administrative Assistant?position reports to the General Manager.
OVERVIEW:
The Receptionist?gives the first impression our customers receive of MarineMax. S/he is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them to the appropriate sales staff or other departments.? Ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing with a polished, professional demeanor and a strong ability to work independently in our fast paced, energized retail environment.? A 'what's next?' attitude with a willingness to be actively involved with all aspects of the business is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer all incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Meet and greet customers
Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants
Maintain office equipment including telephone system, copiers, fax and postage machines?
Maintain accurate files including customer comments, operation and dealership files as well as correspondence of a confidential nature
Prepare?routine documents and other forms of communications
Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office to include?Word,?Excel and Outlook
