Westwood College of Technology is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and energetic front desk support member.?

?

The qualified candidate will have? strong computer skills including proficiently in Word and Excel, excellent customer service skills,? be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.? .? Must be able to work independently or as a team player, and follow through with all assigned tasks.? Prior data entry and customer service experience is preferred.? A professional, friendly demeanor is required.

Duties will include:

Reception for the entire campus

Ensure complete customer service for new prospects coming into the school

Heavy data entry

Answering new inquiry calls and rotating them to representatives in a timely, effective manner

Prepare sales reports to track enrollment efficiency

Hours: M-Th 7-4:30, Sat 8:30-2:30 off Friday and Sunday
