Wireless Phone Demonstrator Needed

Kelly Services of Fall River is looking for a customer service representative for our client, Helio, a new mobile brand that delivers cutting-edge services, exclusive devices, and uncompromising, straightforward pricing and customer care.

 

You will be working at the FYE store in the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro, MA. 

 

This is a year long contract and could possibly go longer. 

 

The pay rate is $11.00/hr.  You will also receive commission based on your sales.You will also be paid $15.00/hr for the 4 hour training.

 

The position hours are:

Tuesday 5pm - 9pm

Saturday 12pm - 6pm

Sunday 12pm- 5pm

 

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Upon arrival you will insure that the product is displayed properly and brochures are available to potential ?guests?.
You are required to explore the features of the demo phones in order to inform ?Guests? of the various functions the phones (handsets) have.
You will engage in-store potential ?Guests? in product demonstrations. In addition, Helio will provide you with a demo phone. 
You will assist Guests in selection of handsets and services offered by Helio.
You must become product experts for handsets and services.
You will be required to track the sales of handsets on an hourly/daily basis.
You will engage store?s sales team members in knowledge of product and services.
Upon departure you will again insure display is properly set up, dust if needed, and check on amount of brochures so there is enough for the following day.
You will need to learn the software functions on the phone.

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
You must have an interest in or background in technology-specifically wireless technology.
Previous retail sales experience
Must have outgoing, friendly personality
Confident when approaching potential "Guests"
Strong written and oral communication
Must be available evenings, and weekends



**DRESS CODE**
Khaki or Black pants, shirts provided by Helio, comfortable shoes, tennis shoes are acceptable.

 

Must be able to pass background screen.
