Word Processor Needed

A client located in North Tampa has an immediate position available for a Word Processor.

Summary:
To ensure the efficient and timely completion of all word processing requests from employees.

Requirements:
Must have two (2) years experience in a word processing/secretarial position. Must type at least 60 WPM.

Duties:
*Creates final documents from tapes, handwritten drafts, or ?cut & paste? in accordance with word processing center standards.
*Designs, creates and revises SECI forms in WordPerfect tables and Lotus.
*Maintains library of stored documents.
*Archives and retrieves documents for further handling, revision, or distribution to/from library of stored documents.
*Exercises independent action when interpreting instructions to produce a quality document, contacting user for clarifications as necessary.
*Transmits/receives stored documents through electronic office automation system.
*Trains other word processors.
*Analyzes requirements for a specific task and communicates effectively with the users to present formatting, production, and revision ability and limitations.
*Proofreads own work.
*Prepares monthly productivity reports
