Workload Specialist

USAA is currently seeking a talented Workload Specialist for our San Antonio, TX location.

As a Workload Specialist for USAA, you will provide technical and administrative assistance in support of the workload management.

Qualified candidates need to possess:

Ability to be detail oriented with a proven record of accurate data entry.

Ability to work under pressure with exceptional organizational skills.

Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills.

Computer skills to include MS Office.

Preferred experience includes:
Experience with IEX scheduling software, SURF and CMS.
Knowledge of CoSA customer contact organization and processes.
Previous workforce forecasting or scheduling experience.
