Full-time e-Customer Service Specialist with an eye for detail and excellent computer skills needed for a growing email marketing company located in Alexandria. ?The position involves screening and responding to a high volume of customer emails and fulfilling client supply requests, including preparing and processing materials for mail/UPS shipments. ?Position available immediately.?

Qualifications / Skills needed:? Professional and positive attitude, with aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
??????Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and the Internet
??????Excellent business writing skills, with attention to tone, grammar and punctuationAbility to work independently and to multi-task, handling several projects at once.
?????? Attention to detail is a must. ?Ability to work quickly and independently, with a high degree of accuracy
?????? Some lifting of boxes may be required
??????1-2 years of experience in Customer Service environment preferred
