"Customer Relationship Manager" Coordinator
I. POSITION SUMMARY: This position has two major functions: training reps and managers on ?services? related to technology such as CRM software. Field Trip evaluation, portals, LMS. This also includes any and all documentation pertaining to these services. The second function is with the writing and management of communication to the field.
II. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training reps, of various tenures, in CRM software.
2. Creating and maintaining documentation on the training of the CRM software. Maintaining existing documents, creation of documentation for future changes to the software.
3. Training managers on various ?applications?
4. Creating documentation on the training of the ?application? for applications that do not have documentation.
5. Drafting communication to the field to inform of changes or updates as necessary
6. Creating Newsletters, compiling information, creating draft to be sent to all reps and managers
7. Meeting ad hoc needs as it relates to training and communication with the sales force
8. Reviewing e-learning modules. Working with vendors to create and verify modules to meet the needs of the department and field sales force
III. ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supporting and testing the application and software as needed
2. Supporting the LMS, compiling reports to verify compliance and answer questions
3. Travel to meetings as needed.
IV. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor?s degree preferred. Education, Communication or Information Systems preferred
Experience:
Pharmaceutical sales, training, or operations experience preferred
Customer relationship management experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Problem solver, creative thinker, detail oriented, dynamic personality, good verbal and written skills, public speaker, proactive, hard worker, quick learner, able to work at a fast pace in an ever changing environment. Ability to multi task, be organized and deliver. Technologically savvy with experience in Microsoft office applications.
