Job Summary and Mission

This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing administrative support to development managers in all aspects of real estate and construction processes. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.


Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinates real estate and construction processes such as preparing new marketing files and packages. Tracks lease documents and site approvals. Inputs, updates and distributes site information and project schedules. Monitors construction requirements contained in lease documents for new stores. Tracks prepaid rent and charges related to new stores before and during construction.Creates, maintains and distributes reports. Performs office administrative support functions such as making travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and processing incoming mail, telephone calls and email.Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.Researches real estate markets, conducts cold calls, performs title search and other real estate duties as requested. Visits stores and sites.
