Account Executive Position

 

Our client is seeking AE?s Columbia, Baltimore, and Germantown MD.

 

Position Description and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will prospect and sell new clients into the newspapers. The candidate will develop solid relationships with clients with the goal of keeping the clients for the long term.  Candidates will report and communicate to their manager on a weekly basis and attend monthly general sales meetings.  Candidates must be comfortable with a consultative selling style.

 

Position Requirements

BS, BA or equivalent is required and at least 1 year of inside/outside sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are strong organizational, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills. 

 

Solid base plus aggressive commission plan (65-85K first your income), Medical paid in full, tuition reimbursement.
