1st VP, Non-Prime Portfolio Marketing

 

Primary responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the Non-Prime Portfolio Communications team in developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns to existing customers.
Emphasis will be on developing new methods and optimizing existing strategies to increase portfolio retention and lead generation for refinance and home equity products.
Specific responsibilities include development and execution of integrated direct marketing programs to support Full Spectrum Lending division's business goals. This involves developing, implementing and supervising marketing strategies, tactics and recommendations including direct mail, monthly statement, e-mail, Internet and customer service campaigns.

 

A successful candidate will have:
An undergraduate college degree along with extensive knowledge of direct marketing strategy, creative development, direct mail, database marketing, and print production.
Strong management and leadership skills.

 

The ideal candidate may also possess:
An MBA in Marketing.
Experience in mortgage lending and financial services.
