Job Description:
? Identify customer needs and conduct research to develop new products
? Determine product construction based upon needs and insights
? Develop most appropriate segments and specific targets for new product
? Conduct competitive reviews for new products in the industry and work with outside consultants to assess emerging product needs
? Create and execute marketing plans for new product
? Negotiate contracts with other vendors for implementation
? Secure internal resources, conduct NWG meetings, and align outside vendor resources for successful implementation of new product
? Develop future product P&L and manage economics for new product
? Responsible for final implementation of required annual new products
SKILLS
Required:
? BS/BA or equivalent degree
? 8 years of experience in marketing, credit card, or financial services
? Track record of performance, innovation, and strategy implementation
? Strong business and financial acumen
? Excellent analytical expertise
? Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
Desired:
? MBA or equivalent degree
? 10 years experience in Direct Marketing
