Job Description:
As a member of the Cardmember Communications team, this individual will be responsible for coordinating, expanding and enhancing all marketing in the statements channel to support company business goals. This role requires strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.



Responsibilities:

Manage the Statements BAU and annual planning process

Coordinate all statement marketing with business partners and communicate monthly requirements to business technology

Ensure all BAU processes are on schedule with minimal errors

Create monthly insert forecasts and coordinate inserts with multiple business partners and Business Technology

Assist with implementation of new strategy and guidelines and monitor adherence

Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to better service business partners

Coordinate all enhancements/changes to the Statement Marketing Database


Assist manager with implementation of Statement Marketing Strategy enhancements

Work closely with business technology and business partners to research, define, develop andimplement statement enhancement projects including creating project documents, test design and implementation

Plan and implement changes to the Statement Marketing Database to accommodate new strategy and enhancements

Coordinate segment targeted strategies and other tests


Assist Statement Reporting & Analysis

Monitor accuracy of current reporting and implement new reporting as needed

Provide monthly tracking and variance analysis

Proactively review statement data and identify potential opportunities and issues

Initiate new analysis requests to support statement strategies and initiatives

Document new functionality/enhancements as they occur


Assist in the coordination of business partner participation and creation of the Statement Newsletter with Creative Services and business partners


SKILLS
Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of related business experience

Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and interact with multiple business partners including Portfolio Marketing, Creative Services, Direct Response, Business Technology, Processing Services and Legal

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
