ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

A software solutions development agency located in Parsippany, NJ has an excellent direct hire opportunity for an ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR.  We are looking for a professional to oversee all aspects of projects on assigned accounts.  The ideal individual will be marketing savvy, have strong leadership abilities and be able to development strong relationships with key clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION


Develop, write and implement product communications plans

Continuously monitor marketplace and provide updates on brand issues

Be aware of new products or opportunities which may be of agency interest

Proactively provide clients with recommendations on business building, market research and competitive activities

Become the ?eyes and ears? of the area assigned

Provide strategic and marketing guidance to client and agency team

Function as internal team leader making sure that all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively

Manage financial aspects of assigned products

Ensure that all project timetables are met

Interface with clients at the product management level



ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS REQUIRED/SOUGHT


Bachelor's Degree

2-4 years pharmaceutical sales, marketing or agency experience

Product management, market research or sales training experience preferred

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of science and drug therapy
