ADVERTISING ASSISTANT

 

Our client, a small, growing advertising firm located just South of Downtown Denver, currently seeks an Office Assistant to support their busy ad agency. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well with a team, be creative and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 

 

Responsibilities:Act as a sales coordinator, trafficking ads, tracking changes and working as liaison between agency sales teams and clientsPerform general administrative tasks including, answering phones, creating and maintaining a file system and scheduling and coordinating meetingsLight accounting such as daily deposits, collections and resolve billing disputes as neededApprove all ads before they go into printWork closely with customers and handle followup to achieve desired results and quality, accurate ad placement

 

Requirements:2-4 years of related sales, marketing and/or advertising experienceAbility to multi-task and work on more than one project in multiple areas at same time Associate?s degree in business or marketingExcellent computer skills, including MS Word and MS ExcelCustomer service oriented with excellent communication skills

 

This is a full-time permanent position paying $32,000 to $35,000 per year depending on experience.
