ADVERTISING MANAGER

Position Summary:
Supports management and provides strategic support for organization objectives. Assists with development of marketing plans, analysis and implementation of advertising campaigns.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
? Plan and coordinate creative production for advertisements for TV, radio and print via in house and outside design agencies.
? Preparing advertising/media plans.
? Report out on leads and media plans.
? Record and report on media and production budgets, including reconciliation and financial reporting.
? Support campuses in local marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Job Specifications:
Education / Experience
? Bachelors degree in the area of Marketing, Advertising or Business, and at least 3 years experience as an advertising manager in a corporate or agency setting.
Organization / Communication Skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
? Excellent personal organizational skills
Special Skills and Knowledge
? A background in planning, budgeting and profit & loss
? Understanding of direct response/lead generation process with advertising and promotion.
? Experience with lead generation direct response programs and knowledge of TV and print creative management
? Good presentation and team working skills.
Computer Skills
? Solid knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe programs knowledge preferred.

Work Environment:
? Corporate office environment.
? Standard business hours, with occasional overtime
? 20% travel required.
? Normal physical activity including movement, hearing, seeing and communication.
? General technology as it relates to office administration.
