Lenox Group Inc. seeks an ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER for Department 56 (in Eden Prairie, MN), a premier designer and manufacturer of giftware and collectibles. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting consumer-focused website marketing strategies - both online and traditional - that enhance brand equity, build customer loyalty, drive sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. We'll also rely on you to coordinate website efforts across departments, plan/implement marketing

promotion schedules, and fully manage e-mail campaigns.

To qualify, you must possess a degree plus 2+ years' online marketing experience. Strong analytical, PC, multi-tasking, and communication skills are also expected. Any email marketing expertise and/or knowledge of privacy best practices would also be ideal.
