Major Brokerage Firm has an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Communications/Public Relations professional. The individual we seek will be responsible for overall corporate communications effort. Our client seeks an individual with excellent writing skills who can communicate complex issues, develop stories, and can carry out the objectives and goals of the company.

 

Responsibilities will include
` Provide clear and accurate material for the Internal Communications department Deliver effective messages and to a wide array of audiences in the financial community that include media, prospective clients and employees.Work with senior level communications professionals and liaison with communications teams,
corporate communications., media relations, and marketingYou will be responsible for content/editing of company website and delivering appropriate messages for company?s business and branding efforts in the marketplaceField and respond to press calls Coordinate financial industry research within brokerage areaWork with leadership in researching speaking opportunities and positioning white papers.Develop excellent relationships with peers throughout the company.

Qualifications:5 years minimum experience in corporate communications/public relations in financial/brokerage firmExcellent writing and editing skillsExperience with Internal/External publicationsExperience and ability to work with company leadership and provide relevant key informationMust have a BA in related fieldShould have a broad understanding of economic issuesShould have excellent people skills and be highly motivated, self-assured, flexible, and a team player
