Mass Connections is currently seeking Account Associates to coordinate in-store promotions for various divsions of our organization.  The Account Associates will attend an intensive- paid 5 week training to gain valuable insight on the industry and our company culture.  Upon the completion of the training, Account Associates will be placed in the position that best fits their qualifications.  This is a great position for individiuals who are flexible, has various skillsets, able to multi-task, and very detail-oriented.  Job duties may include, but not limited to;

 Create and secure special eventsSell Marketing concepts/componentsBrainstorm creative/marketing conceptsResponsible for achieving event day quotasCultivate account and agency relationshipsMonitor program timelinesEnsure program complianceProgram set-up and data entryUnderstand and communicate client?s strategic directionRepresent and communicate MC?s goals and strategies to assigned clientsBudget and P&L responsibilitiesRecruitmentOther duties as assigned

 

Must be proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.  Excellent verbal/written communication/interpersonal/time management and organizational skills required.
