Account Coordinator

C2 Media, an integrated media solutions company, is looking for an Account Coordinator / Client Service Representative to join our team in our Falls Church office.



C2 Media is regarded as one of the best and biggest in the multi-billion dollar industry of media graphics. We provide state-of-the-art presentation, promotion, marketing, display and sales materials to the Fortune 500: from ad agencies and publishers to banking, financial, consumer product and telecommunications companies.



As an Account Coordinator you will work very closely with a senior Account Executive, and a team of Account Coordinators and Production employees. You will manage Fortune 1000 corporate accounts and work as an inside sales support person; act as the liaison between our internal departments and with our external clients; answer incoming inquiries and follow-through on quotes, service requests and general information; complete job analysis, enter work orders into our system with accuracy and detailed specifications, and schedule the work orders with our production labs; communicate frequently with all internal and external clients; obtain and continually update your knowledge of all C2 Media products and processes.



Our ideal candidate will have:


1+ years experience in client service/sales support

Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)

Motivation, enthusiasm, and the capacity to work effectively within a fast paced environment

Ability to adapt and be flexible in an ever-changing environment

Detail-oriented skills and possess analytical problem-solving skills

Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Computer/graphics experience a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred
