Account Director - Automotive

Account Director

Currently, we are looking for an Account Director in the Irvine, CA or Langhorne, PA office to join our fast growing Automotive team.  This position is responsible for developing and growing existing client relationships through integrated marketing solutions that deliver results.  This position reports to a Group Account Director.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Primary contact and ultimate point of accountability with our Clients.

? Provide strategic direction and ensure successful implementation of our Client?s programs.

? Assist in developing and executing acquisition, sales and retention solutions for our Clients, including successful vehicle launch programs.

? Direct account team to ensure that client programs are on strategy.

? Collaborate and lead successful campaigns through a team of professionals including analytics, lists & data, creative, production, interactive and systems.  Integrate and coordinate new offerings from each of the above disciplines.

? Strengthen and expand relationships with key Clients.

 

Requirements:

? Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field

? Minimum 7-10 years experience in an integrated direct marketing position (direct and online)

? Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

? Strong background in database and list/audience selection with respect to establishing test matrix grids, business rule development and data processing instructions.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills.

? Highly organized and detail oriented

? Detailed knowledge of direct marketing discipline and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

?  Experience with CRM tools and experience in the automotive industry in desired.
