Publicis Managed Markets, a Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) company, provides strategic insight into managed care and managed market programs and develops tactical solutions for pharmaceutical clients. Our offerings include formulary kits, dossier writing, and creating slide presentations for use during product launch. In addition, we have a suite of products to generate timely and effective communications between managed care organizations and physicians.

We are currently seeking an Account Director - Strategy to join our Princeton, New Jersey team. In this role, the successful candidate will develop new business in existing and new accounts, and manage on-going strategic planning and tactical implementation projects.  In addition, you will propose and manage research projects, managed markets strategy formulation, and oversee tactical implementation of these projects on behalf of the client.  You will act as the primary liaison to other agencies within PHCG, leveraging all internal resources to provide a fully integrated client-service approach. 

Qualified candidates will have:


- BA degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred
- 3-5 years of agency account management experience

- Pharmaceutical industry experience a must; managed markets background strongly preferred

- Superior quantitative research and analytical skills

- Strong client service orientation

- Thorough understanding of current regulatory climate
- Ability to write details aids for use by pharmaceutical sales reps
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and research skills
