Account Executive Advertising - Automotive

Position:

Serves clients by presenting and selling advertising campaigns to a network of dealers. Prepares and writes reports and newsletters. Daily contact with headquarters.



Duties:

* Visits dealers to present advertising and promotional materials and receive feedback.


* Identifies current and future dealer requirements by establishing rapport with dealers and other persons in a position to understand advertising and promotional requirements.
* Obtains dealer acceptance by presenting proposals, concepts, storyboards, copy and print mock-ups.
* Implements promotional campaigns on-site.
* Helps evaluate, adjust, and redirect advertising and promotional campaigns by studying and analyzing sales results, demographics, customer satisfaction surveys, and other market research information.
* Maintains dealer confidence and protects advertising operations by keeping information confidential.
* Provides advertising and promotional information to dealers by answering questions and requests.
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Research background helpful.
* Contributes to agency effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliverables; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
* Writes quarterly newsletter and reports.

 

*MUST have automotive experience. 30% travel.
