We are currently seeking a Full Time Sales Assistant who will work directly with established clientele on developing projects. This dynamic, reliable, highly organized individual will support two account executives with multiple accounts.
Responsibilities will include but not limited too: Fielding customer inquiries and vendor phone callsMeeting preparation & presentationsIdea lists for promotions and events Problem solvingPreparing quote requests Following up with orders
The right candidate will be willing to travel locally for on-site customer presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Advertising Specialty Industry (ASI) experience is a plus.
