The interactive marketing division of a mid-size integrated advertising agency is searching for an Account Executive in San Francisco. The AE will play a significant role in guiding campaigns with the production, creative and other staff to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality digital advertising, Web sites, direct and traditional advertising and other products. The AE will have the opportunity to work very closely with the head of the interactive division and to help manage key accounts.

Successful candidates must have excellent project-management skills and a strong understanding of interactive advertising, Web-site design and the interactive production process.

Responsibilities:
* Guide projects on a daily basis to completion, with meticulous attention to detail
* Develop schedules and budgets for projects
* Open and close jobs
* Ensure projects stay on track by continuously monitoring progress and guiding the creative and production teams

Requirements:
* Two to five years of experience advertising
* At least two years working on digital programs
* More than one year of experience in Account Service
* Detailed understanding of interactive marketing technology and terminology
* Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Very well-organized and detail-oriented approach
* Enthusiasm and a great sense of humor
* Direct marketing experience preferred
