Account Executive - Web Panels

World Avenue is a leading online marketing and advertising firm. Clients include such leading firms as T-Mobile, Sears, BMG/Bertelsmann, Pfizer, University of Phoenix, and Columbia House. Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, this fast growing four-year company has been profitable since its inception, and is debt free, generating attractive profit margins. We have the following Acount Executive position open for our new Marketing Research Division. As a start-up division, this is an excellent growth opportunity.

SUMMARY
Responsible for expanding our business and generating revenue with new customers via sales of Web Panels by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Prospects and generates new clients/accounts via cold calling.
- Closes sales via telephone, internet or in person.
- Qualifies and follows up with sales leads.
- Responsible for full prospecting (targets, competitive and pricing analysis, etc.)
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company.
- Prepares activity and forecasts reports as requested.
- Achieves industry growth targets via client acquisition.
- Presents pricing and corresponding market analysis to clients.
- Manages all aspects of specific sale in accordance with the objectives of clients and the revenue goal.
- Consults with clients on their marketing needs and designs solution packages.
- Provides superior customer service to clients.
- Performs target and offer optimization analysis.
- Assists in the creation of proposals and presentations.
- Liaises with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing.
- Acts as primary communication link to between clients and internal departments.
- Provides reporting to clients.
- Performs miscellaneous operation tasks related to tracking, billing analysis, and discrepancy tracking.
- Other duties that are within education and experience or the incumbent may be assigned for the betterment of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of web panel usage
- Strong understanding of the panel marketplace
- Excellent sales and market research skills
- Excellent understanding of database list management
- Excellent numerical and statistical skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Relevant BS or BA degree from four-year college or university. Additionally, a minimum 2 years experience working with buyers of web panelists and 5+ yrs experience in database/list sales.
