Account Executive to Account Supervisor - Technology Public Relations

23-31 Communications is a Public Relations agency specializing in Technology and Global Finance. With offices in New York and London, our unique small agency culture supports professional growth and education, alongside of providing our clients with the highest level of results-oriented service. Our technology client base is comprised of some of the most exciting and fastest moving technologies today, including VoIP, Video Telephony, IMS, WiFi and Monitoring Software.

23-31 Communications is looking for PR professionals from Account Executive to Account Supervisor, to join our growing agency.

Responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day support of specific technology accounts, including administration, media relations, thought leadership, materials development, strategic planning, etc.
- Prepare background materials, briefing bookings, presentations
- Provide on-site support to clients at trade shows, business conferences, etc.
- Coordinate press conferences/briefings, media tours, etc.
- Prepare written materials including press releases, byline articles, speaker abstracts, client correspondence, monthly reports, etc.
- Contribute to new business initiatives

Ideal candidates will have:

- 2-6 years of experience
- An entrepreneurial approach to work - able to run with projects
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills
- Proven media relations skills targeted towards all tiers of trade, business and financial media
- Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure
- Ability to work with detailed information
- Proficient in computer software
- Previous experience supporting, and knowledge of, telecommunications and high-technology clients a plus
