This position is responsible for maintaining high-level client relationships that result in increased sales of TNS products and services and increased profits for the company.


Essential Responsibilities: Assist Senior Account Executive in acquiring, retaining, and expanding TNS client relationships Assist SR AE in meeting assigned financial targets: revenues and net profits Identify significant client/prospect needs for business research Customize TNS products and business solutions to effectively meet client needs Assist SR AE with client/prospect sales meetings and presentations Assist the SR AE with the development of strategic account plans for specified clients Work effectively with internal teams, e.g. other sector/office staff, business development and marketing, operations, business solutions Provide assistance, as needed, to project staff in terms of research design, project management, and analytical deliverables. Prepare presentations and proposals as directed by Senior Account Executive.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelors degree required, Masters in business or research discipline preferred 5+ years of market research, project/account management, and sales experience Solid understanding of custom market research design and execution. Ability to develop product overviews and sales proposals to prospective clients Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and oral/written communication skills
