We are a fast growing and dynamic promotions and incentive company that markets Prepaid MasterCard and VISA GiftCards to large corporations for use as rebates and incentives for their customers. This is a ?hands on? position which reports to the Senior Vice President/Director of Client Services, and is responsible for total management of Client Incentive Programs, from inception through execution. The position is located in our San Diego Office.



This position is an Account Manager / Supervisor.



The ideal candidate for the Account Manager / Supervisor will have:

? At least five years of marketing or promotions experience, preferably both on the agency as well as on the client side. Financial services, incentive, rebate processing, credit card and/or telecommunications background a plus.

? Theoretical understanding and hands on experience in designing and implementing customer acquisition and retention programs. Specific focus on the use of rebates and incentives in the marketplace strongly desired

? 5+ years serving as a direct client contact with both operations level and high-level executives. Excellent communication and listening skills are mandatory.

? Ability to manage all aspects of overseeing a program?s lifecycle from start to finish (i.e. creative strategy and implementation, project mgmt, internal mgmt., client/external mgmt, etc.)

? Experience in creating and implementing marketing plans with emphasis on direct marketing and interactive efforts.

? Ability to delegate and supervise several other parties (i.e. assistants, vendors, banks, clients, end-users)

? Refined analytical skills especially in relation to growing and evolving client campaigns.

? Meticulous and strong attention to detail.

? Eagerness to ?hit the ground running? without being micromanaged.



Salary is flexible and will be based on experience level of candidate. Candidate must reside in the San Diego area.
