Account/Project Manager

Job Purpose:

Manage marketing and advertising strategies for out-of-town clients. Focusing on existing and new strategies. Initiating new ideas to grow client's business.



Duties:

* Managing overall annual budget.

* Constant client communications.

*Work with internal creative department.

*Travel for monthly meetings, or bi-monthly meetings.

* Staying on top of client's needs and deadlines.

* Assist in media buying.

*Purchasing point-of-sale display materials (not actual computer software and programming)

*Analyzing data and measuring results

*Be flexible with changes and revisions.



* Achieving marketing objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;  identifying trends; determining program improvements; implementing change.



* Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.



Skills/Qualifications:

Developing and Managing Budgets

Must know Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Retail Experience is helpful, but not required.

Must have a GET IT DONE attitude

Be accepting of always-changing project hours- could be 60-70 hours one week and next week is 15-20, as projects for client are scheduled.

Some travel involved

2-5 years experience in marketing company project management required
