This position is responsible for assisting the Account Executive or Account Director with the growth of the organization through prospecting, selling and developing key relationships with current and potential clients.  This position is the key initial step for those who wish to move into the account development side of the business.

Scope:  Maintain high-level client relationship that result in increased sales of TNS products and services and increased profits for the company.  The amount of business managed will vary, but typically $2million of business is considered to be a minimum.

Essential Responsibilities:
1.  Supervision of ongoing data collection

2.  Data processing

3.  Standard reporting

4.  Direct involvement in preparation of monthly and quarterly analyses/reports

5.  Participation in ad-hoc reports and client service to both Gap market research team

6.  Designated Gap brand representatives who are stakeholders in the program.

?  Applying knowledge and skills to deliver client insight
?  Demonstrating business and commercial acumen
?  Delivering projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
?  3-5 years experience in market research, project/ account management, or sales experience
?  Basic understanding of custom market research design and execution
?  Ability to develop product overviews and sales proposals to prospective clients
?  Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and oral/written communication skills
?  Bachelors degree

Normal office
