Account Supervisor/Interactive Marketing

Account Supervisor/Interactive Marketing Location:  Deerfield Beach, FLGrowing interactive agency seeks on-site Interactive Account Supervisor to serve as the primary conduit between the agency and one of their largest clients.  This is an immediate opening for a seasoned professional in the interactive marketing space.  Agency experience very desireable but not mandatory.  You must think creatively, strategically, and be able to sell ideas with a very, very soft sell as well as run projects.  You will colaborate at Director or higher levels, sell your ideas, get buy-in from all necessary parties, soft-sell the sales process through closing, and then make sure there are stellar deliverables through your project management/technical teams. 

 

You will have "off the chart" levels of client empathy and responsiveness.  You will need to feel comfortable collaborating in a Director of Marketing?s office as well as a Director of IT?s office.  You are experienced with writing on white boards, strategizing with the client, etc.  In short, you are a proven professional idea evangelist, client strategist, advocate and friend for our client account.

 

As such, the Interactive Account Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring schedules are adhered to, issues are promptly addressed and that communication with the Project Manager is consistent, informative and well organized.  The Interactive Account Supervisor manages all client projects during the pre-production, production, and post-production process.  The Interactive Account Supervisor is also jointly responsible for resource management, client satisfaction and P&L.

 

Qualified candidates must be customer-centric individuals with proven project management skills, superior communication abilities and a background in software development. Successful candidates will work with on-site Project Manager to identify business requirements, develop detailed project plans, monitor and communicate project status to insure a successful implementation. 

 

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the software development and /or software project management process
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- P&L support experience, contract involvement, team management a big plus
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience working as a Project Manager with relevant years of experience.
- Software development background strongly preferred.

 

Successful candidates must be proficient on Microsoft Office and Project, have the ability to manage time effectively, and have excellent problem solving skills.
