Title:  Account Supervisor

Department:  Account Management

Group/Function:  Client Services

Reports to:  Management Supervisor or Director of Client Services

Supervises: Assigned Account Executive(s) or Assistant Account Executives

 

Job Description:

 

The Account Supervisor ensures that the Agency is well prepared to meet all possible client marketing and advertising needs on assigned account(s).  The Account Supervisor has overall responsibility for Agency output, provides perspective and leadership in the development of the highest possible quality of Agency product and has key involvement in the development of subordinates.

 

Major Contacts

 

Internal:  The Account Supervisor reports to a Management Supervisor or the Director of Client Services and supervises one or more Account Executives.

 

External:  The Account Supervisor has contact with various levels of the client companies.

 

Major Responsibilities and Duties

 

The Account Supervisor?s areas of responsibility are:

 

?  Leading and monitoring the day-to-day activities

?  Planning long range strategy

?  Initiates B-B marketing proposals

 

Education, Skills, and Experience:

 

?  2+ years Agency experience as an Account Supervisor

?  Experience with B-B technology accounts (a plus)

?  Effective communication skills (written and oral)

?  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

?  A legal drivers license
