We have an immediate opening for an energetic and professional individual to fill the position of a full time Administrative Assistant in Newport Beach, CA. The right person is self starting, organized, and highly motivated to serve our clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience in a busy office setting
Medical office experience a plus
Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of all MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and multi task
Client-focused thinking.
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Excellent customer relationship skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
