Vitality Foodservice, Inc., a leader in the beverage industry has a new opening in our Marketing Dept for an Administrator of Marketing Programs in downtown Tampa. 

 

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for specific marketing related functions and includes the implementation, coordination and communication that correspond to a number of diverse projects.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 

Coordinate trade show participation for national & regional shows (8-10 shows annually)

?  Handle booth space assignments

?  Order booth services (carpet, furnishings, power and plumbing)

?  Coordinate display and graphics

?  Order product and equipment

?  Order POS and giveaway items

?  Communicate plans with appropriate sales personnel

 

Manage Sales Materials & Fulfillment

?  Manage inventory of all point of sale material

?  Process orders for POS material

?  Maintain order form and item number assignments

?  Communicate with POS field coordinators on POS updates

?  Maintain monthly fulfillment charges tracking report

 

Manage Premium Items

?  Order ad specialty items as needed for shows, events, meetings

?  Maintain order form and catalog

 

Maintain Marketing Intranet Site

?  Uphold Product Master Database

?  Administer Kosher Certificates

?  Trade show Schedule

?  Sales Material PDFs

 

Ability to lift objects of moderate weight

 

Maintain Central Marketing and Corporate Trademark files

 

Develop various PowerPoint presentations for sales & new product introductions (with input/direction)

 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:  The Key Performance Indicators necessary to determine a successful candidate in this position are:

 Travel up to 10%Communication skill ? written & verbalComputer skills ? proficient in Microsoft programsReasoning & Sound Judgment

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

EDUCATION:  College degree strongly desired.  

 

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 2 years related experience in a marketing department or advertising agency. Foodservice experience preferred.

 

COMPETENCIES: 

 Posses a high level of motivation.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
