MTTI is seeking an Admissions Coordinator

 

The Massage Therapy Training Institute, (MTTI), based in Kansas City, provides career-oriented training in the natural healing arts with a focus on massage therapy. Our goal is to launch our graduates into successful, fulfilling careers while helping them to achieve lifetime health, wellness and well-being for themselves, their families, and their community.

MTTI seeks a part-time Admissions Coordinator, with the potential to evolve to a full-time position, to represent our school to candidates seeking to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.
 
Responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiry calls and emails; developing and interfacing with prospective students; managing the contact database; and conducting campus tours. The position will also include attending on-site and off-site marketing events including visiting high schools to meet and develop prospective students.

Requirements:

? Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

? Ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base

? Highly motivated team player

? Thrive in a fast-paced environment

? Proven experience in a sales/recruiting position preferred

? Demonstrated experience making group presentations

? Ability to work two evenings per week and occasional weekends

? Undergraduate degree preferred
