Advertising Agency Account Supervisor

Profiles needs a Sr. Account Executive for the Richmond office of a downtown advertising agency. In this role, you will be the key player on a large, multi-faceted account. In addition to day-to-day client management, you?ll develop and execute advertising and marketing plans, write creative briefs, manage budgets and help the client put advertising decisions into action. You?ll work on  print and broadcast media campaigns, research projects, public relations programs, direct marketing, web development, and strategic plans.  

 

This is an entrepreneurial shop, so someone who likes a lot of structure probably isn?t the best fit. We need someone who can learn quickly, go with the flow and work independently.  Someone who can present creative concepts with confidence and polish. Someone who can stay calm under pressure and who thrives on keeping several balls in the air at once. Someone who can clearly articulate your ideas verbally and on paper.

Requirements:

A Bachelor?s degree in advertising or marketing. At least five years experience with an advertising agency (preferably at the Senior Account Executive level).  Experience managing a single account focus or proven track record managing the same account for at least a year. Skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. If you have experience with transportation, mass transit, planes, trains or automobiles?heck, even bicycles, you?ll be moved to the front of the line.

 

Salary range is $60-$75K.
