As an Advertising Coordinator in our Richardson, TX corporate headquarters, you will be a member of a team responsible for determining candidate sourcing strategies in a cost effective and timely manner.  You will be responsible for evaluating new marketing opportunities, assisting with the advertising process, coordinating the collateral development effort (brochures, direct mailings, etc), and coordinating open houses and other recruiting events (job fairs, campus events).  Advertising will include a multi-media approach, including, but not limited to, radio, print, job boards, billboards, presentations, job fairs, and marketing to target companies.  You could be partially or completely responsible for 1-20+ campaigns running simultaneously.  You will also be responsible for research and analysis on demographics, campaign results, and new initiatives as it relates to marketing results. You will provide market intelligence information, including identifying the ?ins?, such as local job fairs, closings, and new market opportunities.  Your research will be maintained in a database or reportable format that will provide support for your future endeavors and the endeavors of the team.  The Advertising Coordinator works directly with ad agencies, our clients, and other members of the candidate sourcing strategy team.

30% Vendor ManagementCalling and attending marketing plan meetingsMaintaining an ad campaign forecast and seeing to its executionOngoing marketing, including cost-effective postingsActing as liaison between vendors and staff/management

 

10% Coordinator & Special ProjectsDevelopment of the generation leads database, including identifying new leadsPhone sourcingGathering rankers informationWorking with organizations to develop and implement recruitment/branding initiativesSpecial projects as needed

 

Qualified candidates MUST possess:Knowledge of functional recruitment best practicesBasic marketing understandingDetail-orientationSolid organization skillsProject management skillsPC skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and AcrobatStrong interpersonal communication skills (both Oral and Written)Strong listening skillsDemonstrated ability to take initiativeAdaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, circumstances, and fast-paced environmentsAbility to prioritize and meet given deadlinesStrong sense of urgency on all tasks and deadlines4-year college degree in related field and 2 years work experience, OR 5 years of successful work experience with proven outcome in related field
