The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, highly organized individual to help optimize our ad sales business systems.


 


This person will interact with members of the IMDb team, Amazon.com personnel and advertising clients and their agencies to:


 

Evaluate and recommend ways to streamline IMDb’s advertising systems including revenue tracking, ad serving, ad performance metrics and ad performance
Daily monitoring and action steps to optimize the performance of all ad placements on the site.
Monitor and take action steps to optimize the performance of all network ad placements on the site.
Maintain and provide month-end close of all revenues
Act as a backup to the Advertising Campaign Coordinator’s position if needed




Successful candidates will have an excellent business and financial background along with a working knowledge of Excel, of online ad trafficking systems and of current trends in Web ad technology.


 


Bachelor's Degree in marketing/advertising and a minimum of at least 3 years experience in interactive marketing/advertising required.


 


Candidate must be customer-centric, a self starter, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, comfortable working with teams, vendors, and management, and will maintain a positive demeanor and flexible schedule.


 


An abiding love of movies is optional, but suggested.
