Affiliate Marketing Manager - backcountry.com

Our growing ecommerce outdoor gear company is seeking an online marketing expert to direct the overall strategy of our affiliate channel across four websites. Will manage a team of three professionals and be responsible for revenue and expense forecasts associated with affiliate efforts across all websites. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and at least four years of online marketing experience with an affiliate marketing background.

Primary Responsibilities
? Set and communicate strategy for the affiliate program and ensure flawless execution;
? Deliver on weekly, monthly and quarterly traffic, sales and efficiency targets;
? Lead and manage a team of three affiliate coordinators;
? Identify and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, exploit new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI;
? Assess the performance of affiliate program strategies through timely qualitative and quantitative analysis;
? Serve as business owner for technology infrastructure projects required to scale affiliate marketing programs; Identify and propose new development projects;
?Manage, coach and develop direct reports.

Requirements
? A minimum of four years experience in online marketing with an affiliate marketing background;
?Seasoned manager/leader who can think innovatively, problem-solve, make sound business decisions, coach and motivate team members, and translate business vision into winning marketing programs;
?Take charge attitude, precise analytical skills, and a desire to exceed goals;
?Strong organizational and managerial skills; proven ability to handle multiple projects, deliver results and effectively manage & coach others;
?Excellent analytic skills;
?Passion for online marketing and collaborative, innovative, dynamic, fast-paced work environments;
?Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
?Four Year College Degree.

Considerations
This salaried position is based in Park City, UT (approx 25 miles east of Salt Lake City). Pay is commensurate with experience. Base pay plus quarterly bonus, benefits, paid-time off and additional industry perks.
