Position Description:

DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for creating and implementing a growth strategy for national and local endorsement relationships with the Long Term Care Division. The Affinity Marketing Leader will have overall responsibility for managing the business relationships will all endorsement and affinity partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and implement strategies for creating new growth opportunities and maximizing current endorsement relationships to drive increased sales.
* Seek out strategic endorsement relationships at national and local levels.
* Facilitate the business development process with sales agents and General Agents.
* Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing operations teams to operationalize endorsement deals.
* Lead review processes of business development deals to ensure suitability, profitability, and compliance of all opportunities.
* Act as the relationship manager for a number of endorsement partners and third party marketers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* 4 or more years of marketing or account management experience.
* 1 or more years of experience in Business Development or sales.
* 2 or more years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent customer relationship skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong ability to educate and influence key stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing or the financial services industry.
* Knowledge of insurance products; particularly Long Term Care insurance.
* Experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Project management experience.
