Affinity Marketing Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Affinity Marketing Manager. In this role you will be responsible for all project management duties, fulfillment of membership kits, management of the fulfillment vendor, and the trafficking of creative assets internally and to external partners for all Affinity programs. This is a new position in the Marketing department and requires a highly motivated, can-do person who loves being a trailblazer and problem solver in a ?Jack of All Trades? function. Up to 20% travel is required.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  Project Management responsibilities include:

 

? Oversee the planning, implementing, quality control, and status reporting on a given project.

? Manage the project team

? Precisely define the scope of the project

? Prepare the project schedule, and update that schedule as it evolves

? Ensure the project team has the supplies and human resources necessary to get the project done on time and on budget

? Identify and minimize potential risks to the project timeline and budget

? Ensure that all project team members understand what their responsibilities are

? Communicate the project's progression to management

? Ensure the quality of the team's work and any supplies or materials used by the team

 

  Fulfillment Responsibilities include:

 

? Manage the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping.

? Oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.

? Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

? Coordinate with customer service

 

Required background and qualifications include:

 5+ years relevant project management experienceMust have professional presentation and client facing skillsMust be a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills.Effective negotiation and conflict management skills requiredMust be able to deal with ambiguity in a new position with no training manualExpressive and communicative written and verbal skills requiredFulfillment experience highly desirable.Marketing exposure highly desirable.  Direct Marketing background a plus.Attention to detail is mandatory.Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.Experience with MS Project, Sharepoint, Business Objects a plus.
