Detailed Description:
? Drive clients toward marketing optimization through analytic models and strategic thinking.
? Leverage strategic and analytic skills to discover insights from large data sources.
? Work directly with all parts of the XXXX organization (marketing, creative, technology, operations)
? Develop and disseminate internally and externally XXXX intellectual capital with respect to "world-class" analytics
? Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels to improve client decision-making
? Possess functional expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; database marketing, integrated channel marketing (including web), analytical tools, techniques, and other infrastructure requirements
? Collaborate with clients to develop clear business and measurement objectives
? Apply various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources
? Responsible for ensuring that quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet client expectations and identifying measurement opportunities within client relationships

 

Qualifications:
? 3+ years required experience in database marketing, customer behavior/ financial analysis, or agency/consulting experience
? Degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science or psychology
? Extensive experience in several of the following areas: analytic segmentation, database marketing, CRM tools and technologies, test design, reporting and analysis design, measurement strategy development, statistical modeling, web marketing measurement and site analysis
? Desired experience in web site analysis and knowledge of infrastructure requirements to deliver measurement solutions
? Strong presentation and report writing skills required
? Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI
? Proficient in analytical tools, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Excel, and software Word, Powerpoint
? Willingness to travel (up to 20% of time)
