Analytical Services Manager

4615ATW Analytical Services Manager Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 with benefits
(3 weeks vacation, bonus potential, profit sharing, insurance)
Location: Minneapolis or NYC
Relocation: Some assistance possible
Degree: Masters of Science or related field preferred


A great opportunity for the seasoned quantitative market research analyst. Qualified candidates will been responsible for thinking through design and selecting best analytical methodologies to uncover the right data to take a deeper look at business problems. Should be familiar with multivariate analysis, conjoint analysis, discrete choice analysis, segmentation, etc.

If you are qualified, you will have experience developing similar studies, will have been involved with questionnaire development working closely with clients and understanding their needs and priorities. In this role you will be responsible, in part, for developing studies and must be able to work cohesively with internal staff, a team and with clients. The right candidate will enjoy presenting and sharing insights and recommendations. People skills are essential for success in this role.

No direct reports. Job will require some travel - estimated up to 30-40%. Sorry NO remote opportunities and no H1B sponsorships are offered at this time with this company.

Requirements:

*10 or more years market research experience
*Must have significant market research "client-facing" experience
*Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
*Excellent problem solving skills / an analytical mind
*Need to know SPSS and SAS software programs
*Research experience in financial services, transportation, CPG, technology or healthcare is helpful.
*Must understand quantitative methodologies (multivariate analysis, conjoint analysis, etc.)
*Master's Degree preferred (Master of Science or related field of study is preferred)
